New Moon Intention Gathering
There is a long tradition of working with the energy of the lunar cycle to support the manifestation of our intentions and to release that which no longer serves us. For the past three years, I have facilitated group sessions in alignment with the phases of the moon to assist participants (including myself!) in clarifying their desired path ahead through journaling, artistic processing, reflective listening, and intention-setting.
During this three hour event, you are invited to step into the energy of the New Moon, during her “empty” phase, when she is open to all possibilities. This time of new beginnings is perfect for setting an intention for the month ahead.
What to Expect:

Learn about the lunar cycle and the energetic correspondences of each lunar phase

Learn about reflective listening and practice it within the group or 1:1

Use suggested prompts for journaling or artistic processing toward your intention

Create an intention for the 29 day lunar cycle

Process in a safe space where all participants are expected to honor each other's confidentiality

Be heard and seen in your experience without anyone trying to “fix” it

Receive the invitation for continued support in working with your intention through the remainder of the lunar cycle
What to Bring:

Yourself, exactly as you are in the present moment

A full water bottle and/or any non-alcoholic beverage of your choice

A notebook, your journal, or paper for writing, sketching, etc.

Your favorite writing instrument and/or drawing materials
Important Things to Note:

The cost is $30 per person. Payment may be made by Venmo or PayPal. If neither of these are available to you, please email me to discuss other options.

Due to the nature of this practice, space is limited to 20 participants, adults 18+ only.

Prior to the event, you will receive an email with the address and parking instructions, as well as any important things to know before you arrive.

Because we are meeting on Waybird property, each participant is required to sign The Waybird Waiver.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted on the property.
